• You won't hold the developers liable for any damages or claims.
• You're responsible for following copyright laws for anything you play.
• We only point to third-party content and do not host media.
• The app is provided as-is with no warranties.
• You'll use Zemer only through the official app or this website: no modified or unofficial versions, no automated access or scraping, and no attempts to get around our protections.
• We may limit, block or refuse access to anyone at any time to protect Zemer and its users.
• Our servers record the network (IP) address and content of requests and keep them indefinitely to operate, improve and protect Zemer, as described in our Privacy Policy.
